We Just found this place. You will not find a better place. Its in Washington Sq. The outside is a a Brownstone. This place is located near the C and D Line. It includes heat and hotwater in the rent. rent is $716.00 and doesn't include parking. If you want parking there is an additional cost We are looking for one person.

You will find pictures of living room,dining room,kitchen,bathroom,foyer and bedroom that is available. It is even better in person. The only rooms we don't have pictures to show are the porch area, and the laundry room.

Kitchen that is awesome.

The Rent is 716.00 it includes heat and hotwater. There is parking available for additional fee. The place is right near Washington Square. In order to see this place we are asking to meet everyone in person before we show the place to you, and please keep in mind we don't currently live there and we have to go through current tenants.

Keep in mind all the pictures only show a portion of the space its a big space.
